设计说明 | Design Instruction

这是一个以营造人居空间为主要业务的设计事务所的办公空间。设计尝试在一个约7mx7m的紧凑平面中完成一个从空间切入生活的微小范本：自由平面架构结合对层高的不同处理，界定了“办公、展示、接待、讨论”多个不同而又相互联系的功能分区，并进一步在空间维度比照家居尺度，裁量尺寸、材质、手法，让人洄游起坐间感受到关于“家”的丰富空间场景。设计把空间分为四种高度，与平面功能有机结合：洄游材料区保留原始4米层高，借助南向的自然光营造半户外的感受，同时体现材料的真实质感；公共讨论区亦保留4米层高，成为连接不同区域的开敞“中庭”，并借以凸显两侧办公区的不同处理；两侧刻意设置的2.7米与2.4米吊顶，表达了常规的家居层高；角落的洽谈区则通过抬高地面，以2.3米的层高营造更具包裹感的内向体验。不同家居尺度做法的展架、柜子、移门，与强调空间属性的柱子、挑檐、洞口一同营造丰富的场景体验，呈现空间本身带来的丰富可能性。 This project outlines the office space for a design studio specialized in building human living spaces. Within a tight 7mx7m layout, the design seeks to make a miniature sample of living with space. The free-plan structure combined with varying ceiling heights defines multiple and interconnected function areas such as "office, display, reception, discussion", and it further matches residential scales in the spatial dimension, to tailor for the size, materials and techniques; during wandering, sitting down or up, one would experience a rich variety of "home-like" spatial scenarios. The design divides the space into four ceiling heights, each organically aligned with its function in the plan: the wandering material zone retains the original 4-meter height, with natural light from the south creating a semi-outdoor feeling as well as reflecting the true texture of the materials; the public discussion zone also keeps the 4-meter ceiling height, serving as an open "atrium" that connects different areas and so as to highlight the distinctive approaches in the office zones on two sides; 2.7-meter and 2.4-meter ceilings are deliberately set on each side, expressing the familiar home heights; while the conference zone in the corner raises the floor to the 2.3-meter ceiling height, offering the inward-focused experience with a more enveloped feeling. Display shelves, cabinets, sliding doors tailored to different domestic scales, along with columns, eaves, and opening holes emphasizing the spatial attribute, collectively craft rich experiential scenarios, performing the extensive possibilities inherent within the space itse
