设计说明 | Design Instruction
在广州洛溪岛的璀璨江景之上，龙湖·央璟颂以“安缦式度假生活”为灵感，打造了一处兼具自然美学与都市便捷的低密瞰江奢宅。步入室内户型样板间，随性自在的氛围扑面而来，设计师以素雅空间为基调，通过巧妙的空间布局和精致的材质运用，让空间成为放松身心、展现个性的理想生活场域。
Above the splendid river views of Luoxi Island in Guangzhou, Central Throne draws inspiration from "Aman-style resort living" to create a low-density river-view luxury residence that balances natural aesthetics with urban convenience. Stepping into the show flat, a laid-back atmosphere floods the space, where designers take a simple and elegant space as the keynote, transforming it into an ideal living domain for relaxation and personal expression through ingenious spatial layout and exquisite material application.
客厅以开阔尺度与大面积留白赋予空间无限的呼吸感。低矮的沙发与茶几勾勒慵懒氛围，让人瞬间卸下防备，沉浸于宁静惬意之中。开放式餐厨区域成为家的情感枢纽，时尚岛台不仅是烹饪调酒的舞台，更化作家庭与朋友交流互动的中心。
The living room grants the space boundless airiness with its open dimensions and extensive blank space. Low-slung sofas and coffee tables outline a lazy ambiance, allowing people to instantly let down their guard and immerse in tranquility and comfort. The open kitchen-dining area becomes the emotional hub of the home, where a stylish kitchen island serves not only as a stage for cooking and mixology but also as the center for family and friends to interact.
本案实现了自然与人文的和谐共生，天然木石的肌理、棉麻皮革的触感与绿植的鲜活生机交织碰撞，将自然韵律悄然融入空间内的每一寸角落。
This case achieves a harmonious coexistence of nature and humanity. The textures of natural wood and stone, the tactile sensations of cotton, linen, and leather, and the vibrant vitality of green plants interweave, subtly infusing the rhythm of nature into every corner of the space.
主卧套房以沉稳中性色调与大地色系铺陈，搭配触感亲肤的棉麻床品，共同营造出一个深具松弛感的睡眠环境。无界揽景窗将四季风光引入室内，构筑内外之间的联动。
The master suite is paved with sober neutral tones and earthy colors, paired with skin-friendly cotton-linen bedding, jointly creating a highly relaxing sleep environment. Unbounded view windows introduce the scenery of the four seasons into the room, constructing a linkage between the interior and exterior.
