设计说明 | Design Instruction

泉州，古称刺桐城。千年前，这里满城种着刺桐，树冠缀满红花，远望似火。在泉州，不仅刺桐花是红的，连房子都是红的，红砖砌墙、红瓦铺顶的闽南古厝，已成为闽南最亮眼的地标。 Quanzhou, known as the City of Camphor Tree in ancient times, was once covered withphor trees with red flowers that looked like fire from afar. In Quanzhou, not only the camphor flowers are red, but even the houses are red. red bricks and red tiles of the Minnan ancient houses have become the most eye-catching landmarks of Minnan. 从市区驱车来到西街，再顺着狭窄的巷子到达老宅，两层石木结构民居是本项目改造的老屋，老屋是闽南典型的“三合天井”式，天井中躺着一条条静静的守护着老屋 Driving from the city center to West Street and along the narrow alleys to the old house, the two-story civil residence made of stone and wood is the old house that has been renovated in this project. The old house a typical "three-in-one courtyard" style in Minnan. In the courtyard, there are quiet guardians of the old house. 希望延续老屋记忆，设计提出保留中厅屋架，借以“新”与“旧”的对话，形成“屋中屋、房中房”效果，给施工带来比较大的困难，工艺上对破败的旧木构架进行微处理，留有历史的痕迹，老屋架从此被保护起来，作为为大堂吧的室内空间构成要素，成为一个历史讲述者、当下与过去的纽带，是本项目的精神空间。 In order to continue the memory of the old house, the design proposes to retain the central hall truss, to form a dialogue between the "new" the "old", to form a "house in a house, a room in a room" effect, which brings relatively great difficulties to the construction. In terms of technology, old wooden structure is slightly treated to retain traces of history. From then on, the old house truss is protected and becomes an element of the interior space of the hall bar, teller of history, a link between the present and the past, and the spiritual space of this project. 步入民宿大门，仿佛穿越时空。原有的地条石和红砖墙得以保留，旧墙拆下来的木板被二次利用，设计成酒店前台，经过精心打磨与修复，重现温润光泽。由闽南条石及现代瓷砖铺就的地面，与红砖主楼形成鲜明对比，却又相得益彰。 Walk into the gate of the homestay, and you feel as if you have traveled through time.
